Sinn Long Development Company Limited.
Sinn Long Development Company started with NT thirty two million dollars in capital, the related enterprises are Chuyu Construction Incorporated Company and Chuyu Culture CO., LTD. The president Mr. Lin is a civic-minded person who is devoted to charitable work. He had the honor of receiving the National Goodness Prize in 2004.
About the founder.
The loss of his father when he was nine caused him to grow up in poverty. As the oldest son in the family, he knew he had to take the large responsibility of helping to raise his younger brothers. Every day after school, he would find wild vegetables for dinner. During the harvest season of sweet potatoes, he had to pick sweet potatoes on rich people’s land for his families’ food. While doing this he was always reprimanded by the rich people. This incident has left an unforgettable imprint on his mind. So at that time he determined to study and work hard with the hope that one day he would have the ability to help the poor. He also decided that he would never be like those uncharitable rich people.
Because of his understanding of the scary of poverty, he studied hard and later after graduating he taught in Ta-Cheng Vocational High School and Nation Bei Gang Senior High School, and founded a cram school at that time. After teaching for ten years he resigned and went into business. He set up a stamp-collection wholesale, construct company, and Culture Company. He rose in life to his good position by his own efforts.
Every year since 2002 our group has donated NT$5,000,000! We made the donation of NT$30,000,000 until now. It is put back into the country. We regularly help 15 junior high and elementary schools to pay students lunch fees and tuition. We also to give relief to 280 low- income families in Huwei. Our beneficence will keep going in the future.
Every year on July 15th of the Chinese calendar, Huwei town holds the Chungyuan Festival Show, and at different locations it also holds a
(1) Large-scale soiree
(2) Large-scale ice and vegetable carving show
(3) Large-scale ceremony to release souls from purgatory.
This program attracts over 100,000 people from Changhua country; Yunlin country and Chyayi country to come and show their appreciation.
Mr. Lin asserts that the customer, credit and quality come first. He administers the aquarium business and hopes the business can be successful then he can give back to the country and help the poor. That can benefit the weak population and keep people content the country will be more peaceful.

昕龍開發股份有限公司資本額新台幣參仟貳佰萬元整，係珠友建設股份有限公司與珠友文化事業有限公司之關係企業。董事長林文生熱心公益、樂善好施、榮獲93年度（2004年）全國好人好事代表殊榮。
董事長9歲喪父幼年家境貧苦、三餐不繼，母子四人相依為命，我們所穿的衣服十分破爛、好像乞丐家庭，我身為長子有義務照顧年幼弟弟，平常放學回家馬上要去拔野菜回家當飯吃，當有錢人家的地瓜田收成採收時一定要把握機會去撿地瓜、小條地瓜馬上吃、大條地瓜必須刨成絲狀、曬成地瓜簽，如此冬天才有得吃，在撿地瓜時常常被有錢人追趕、辱罵三字經、並且用土塊砸我的身體，此情此景除了身體疼痛、衣服弄髒外，內心被欺辱的創傷深深的銘記在心坎底，當時我有著強烈的意念（願望）我必須用功讀書，長大後一定要努力打拼賺錢、只要我有能力我一定要將我所賺的錢拿出來幫助一些需要幫助的窮人，絕不會像村裡的有錢人如此吝嗇一毛不拔。
記得有一次大弟生病住院必須繳保證金及醫藥費，我跪在診所醫生面前苦苦哀求讓我們賒帳，有錢時再慢慢拿來還；當你了解貧窮的可怕、沒錢的無奈與悲哀時，你就知道會奮發圖強、努力賺錢。故勵志向學，畢業後任教於虎尾鎮私立大成商工、省立北港高中，並兼辦補習班，十年後辭職經商先後創辦集郵社大盤商、建設公司、文化公司，白手起家、辛勤打拼終於有今天的局面。
本集團2002年起至2007年已連續陸年每年捐贈新台幣伍佰萬元以上回饋鄉里，定期幫助15所國中、小學生繳交營養午餐費及助學金、並每年救濟虎尾鎮280戶低收入戶，每年農曆七月十五日虎尾鎮中元普渡文化節當晚分別在鎮內三個場地同時

2. 大型冰雕及蔬果花雕展示
3. 舉辦大型法會超渡孤魂野鬼，吸引了彰、雲、嘉三縣市10萬人以上參觀欣賞。
